Product Use

Our products are designed as humane anti-climb deterrent systems intended for residential and commercial use. Correct installation is the responsibility of the customer.

Installation

Customers must ensure the product is securely installed onto suitable surfaces using appropriate fixings and methods. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

Customisation

Products may be cut to custom lengths by the customer. Once cut, modified, or installed, items become non-returnable.

Weather Resistance

Our products are designed for outdoor use and built to withstand normal UK weather conditions. Product lifespan may vary depending on environment, installation, and maintenance.

Colours & Finishes

Due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing variations, colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the product and custom sizing possibilities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues with your delivery.
